How We Deliver
Local Delivery (Accra)
For orders within Accra, we utilize dedicated dispatch riders. Please ensure your phone number is active so the rider can contact you for directions.
Regional Delivery
For orders outside Accra, we typically send packages via VIP, STC, or other major transport terminals. You will receive a waybill number via WhatsApp/SMS to collect your package from the station.
Self Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our designated pickup point. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
